On Sunday, my friend Brian played cello with me at church. We played a song called "It Wasn't His Child". Brian's wife shot it with her phone, and then it got posted to First Presbyterians Facebook page. So, for Mom and Uncle Paul, if you just "click" on the link below, it will take you to the church's Facebook page and you'll find a picture of Brian with a cello. Then click on the white triangle in the middle of Brian, and you'll get to hear our song.

Lutherpalooza...again
All my usual suspects were unavailable for this year's Christian music festival, so Brian, from church played cello on 2 songs, and sang harmony on another. It went well and I think the crowd appreciated the change from screaming electric guitars and drums.
On my way to rehearsal this afternoon, Steve, Mary Louise and I have been invited to play Acoustic Junction again, this time on the big stage!
Much love to y'all!

Mobley wedding
Finally, some wedding photos! Sorry it took me so long to post...
Really no need for me to tell you about any of these, you know everyone!
Above is the reception hall, and below is the morning after brunch at the hotel.
Everything was lovely, and we're so glad we were able to be a part of this special day.

Feathered Friends
Spring is here and our bird feeders are HOPPING with a wonderful variety of colorful birds. The little dude up top is a Northern Oriole, then a Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and on the ground are Cardinals, Gold Finches and a Indigo Bunting. It may seem nerdy, but we love bird watching!

Uncle Paul's in the news!
In case you haven't heard or seen it, Uncle Paul is on the cover of a local Long Beach magazine! I've included the link below, so you can read the article. He's a star!
